Who is Jutta Leerdam? Jake Paul in tears as fiancée makes Olympic history in speedskating - Watch Viral Video
Jutta Leerdam secured Olympic gold in the women's 1,000 meters speedskating at the Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics, setting a new Olympic record with a time of 1 minute, 12.31 seconds. Her victory, witnessed by fiancée Jake Paul, marks a significant...

"It was surreal," Leerdam said later. "I knew how tough my position was after such a great time before me. This feels like the perfect moment in my career."
Racing against defending Olympic champion Miho Takagi of Japan in the final heat, Leerdam stayed calm and steady from start to finish. When she crossed the line, she raised her arm, shouted in joy, and celebrated in front of a loud crowd filled with orange-clad Dutch fans.
Moments later, she skated over to Paul, blowing kisses and forming a heart with her hands as tears - and mascara - ran down her face. "My makeup was everywhere," she joked later. "But that’s a good thing."
Her Dutch teammate Femke Kok finished second in 1:12.59, while Takagi took bronze. Paul called the moment unforgettable, saying it was incredible to watch Leerdam break the record after Kok had already set one.
Leerdam, a silver medalist at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, also owns 12 world championship medals, including six golds. She has dominated the 1,000 meters this season and will compete again in the 500 meters next Sunday, aiming to add another Olympic medal to her growing legacy.
