Missy Bo Kearns, one of the Lionesses’ emerging stars, has shared the devastating news that she and her partner have lost their baby. In a deeply emotional message on social media, she spoke about the immense grief the couple is facing, calling it one of the most difficult moments of their lives. The post was met with an overwhelming wave of support from fans, teammates, and across the football community.

The Aston Villa midfielder and her partner, Liam Walsh, who plays for Luton Town, had only recently shared their joyful pregnancy announcement. Earlier this month, the couple posted a heartfelt video revealing they were expecting, featuring them painting 'mum + dad' on a wall alongside their baby’s September due date while proudly holding ultrasound images.

England international Kearns, 24, who has been in a relationship with Walsh since 2022, shared the heartbreaking news on Sunday night through an emotional post on her Instagram stories.

"With very heavy hearts, we want to share that we’ve lost our baby during pregnancy," Missy wrote.

"The past weeks have been filled with a kind of sadness that’s hard to explain, and we’re still trying to come to terms with it all.

"Right now, we’re focusing on recovering and supporting each other through this.
