Love and his wife, Ronika Stone, have given fans a lot to follow over the years, since they first made their relationship public on social media six years ago, in September 2020. Stone's connection to sports

Ronika Stone has a major connection to the world of sports herself. Her father, Ron Stone, played offensive guard in the National Football League (NFL) for various teams -- including Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, and Oakland Raiders. He retired in 2006. Ronika Stone took a different athletic path, becoming a professional volleyball player. When she was studying journalism at the University of Oregon, Stone established herself as one of the program's top players.


According to Sports Illustrated, Stone finished with the school's highest career hitting percentage at .336 and 429 career block assists. She also ranks among Oregon's leaders in terms of total blocks and points. Besides her college career, Stone also played professionally in France and Puerto Rico. She went on to compete in the Athletes Unlimited league and signed with San Diego Pro Volleyball. Stone has also featured as a swimsuit model for Sports Illustrated.

Love and Stone's story

Love proposed to Stone while visiting Castello di Celsa in Tuscany, Italy in June 2024. He shared pictures from the special day on Instagram and wrote: "First step to forever." Love and Stone got married in June the next year. In May 2026, the couple marked a key milestone in their journey together as they welcomed their first baby, a daughter named Rayna Capri Love.

'My twin flame'

Love and Stone's relationship has also been marked by a considerable amount of time apart. In April 2021, Stone revealed that she had gone eight months without seeing Love as they were navigating a long-distance relationship. At the time, she posted a video showing the months passing before ending with their eventual reunion. For Love's 25th birthday in November 2023, Stone had posted a memorable message, calling him her "twin flame." She wrote: "I'm so blessed to have you in my life...A man with such a big heart, it was only right your last name is Love. I love you forever.”
