Already a fan favorite at Paris 2024, where the California native turned heads by wearing riding gear at an equestrian event and carrying the Olympic torch ahead of the opening ceremony, Snoop Dogg is set to return for the winter sports edition. He will bring his unique perspective to the Games in the stunning regions of northern Italy, beginning February 6.
"I am excited to be back with my main man Mike Tirico for the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan Cortina,” stated Snoop in a media release.
"The Olympics is the biggest stage in the world and, as everyone knows, I’m all about sports, bringing people together, and unifying while bringing the fun. I’ll be bringing my puffy jackets, snow pants, goggles, skates (and will definitely be iced out)," added Snoop.
As soon as the legendary rapper was given the role, he immediately updated his LinkedIn bio (Coach Snoop, Team USA) and shared his excitement about the appointment.
