The event will begin at 1 PM UAE time at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi. Fans can tune in to live streaming on official IPL digital platforms and watch the televised coverage on major sports networks. The tournament lineup features a diverse pool of 350 players across four categories. Among them are 16 capped Indian players, bringing valuable international experience and proven match temperament. They are joined by 96 capped overseas players, adding global depth and star power to the competition. The largest group consists of 224 uncapped Indian players, highlighting the growing domestic talent eager to make a mark on the big stage. Completing the list are 14 uncapped overseas players, who provide fresh international flair.

According to the BCCI, the auction will open with a full round of capped players arranged by role - batters, all-rounders, wicketkeeper-batters, fast bowlers and spin bowlers - before moving into the uncapped players in the same order.

Cameron Green, expected to be one of the most sought-after names, features in the first batting lot (BA1), alongside Devon Conway, Jake Fraser-McGurk, Sarfaraz Khan, Prithvi Shaw and David Miller. Venkatesh Iyer appears in the second group of all-rounders (AL1).

As in previous years, an accelerated phase will follow the initial rounds. The accelerated stage is expected to begin after Player No. 70, Afghanistan’s Wahidullah Zadran. The first accelerated section will feature players numbered 71 to 350. Once they are presented, franchises will then be asked to submit the names of any unsold or unpresented players from the full list for another accelerated round.
