According to Transfermarkt, as cited by Spanish sports website AS, the combined market value of France's 26-man roster is estimated at approximately $1.66 billion, making it the most valuable squad heading into the tournament. The team's impressive valuation is driven by a collection of world-class stars, led by Kylian Mbappé, whose market value is estimated at $217 million. Rising talent Michael Olise has also seen his stock soar following an exceptional season with Bayern Munich, reaching a valuation of around $163 million.

Much of that value comes from young stars Lamine Yamal, valued at about $217 million, and Pedri, whose market worth is estimated at $163 million. Portugal are ranked fourth with a total squad market value of $1.11 billion, largely driven by football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. Rounding out the top five is Germany, whose talented roster is valued at approximately $1.09 billion, placing them among the most valuable squads at the World Cup.
