Ford worker TJ Sabula, suspended after confronting President Trump and calling him a 'pedophile protector,' has garnered over $800,000 in GoFundMe donations within 24 hours. Supporters rallied behind Sabula, citing free speech and workers' rights,...

40-year-old Sabula is a Ford factory line worker from Michigan. A husband and father of two young children, his job at Ford is the main source of income for his family. The incident took place earlier this week during President Trump’s planned visit to the River Rouge plant. As Trump walked past him on the factory floor, Sabula shouted at the president and called him a 'pedophile protector'.
Trump quickly reacted by raising his middle finger and appearing to mouth an expletive as he walked away. A video of the exchange later went viral on social media, attracting widespread attention and strong reactions. Reacting to the incident, the White House Communications Director Steven Cheung said, 'A lunatic was wildly screaming expletives in a complete fit of rage, and the President gave an appropriate and unambiguous response."
“Please help us raise funds for patriot TJ Sabula!! TJ was suspended from his job at the Ford Automotive Company for correctly calling President Donald J Trump a pedophile protector!!,” stated organiser Sean Williams on the page. The donation on this page crossed over $480,000.

"I am in direct contact with TJ and we are discussing the donation beneficiary and how best to proceed. He is super grateful for everyone’s support and donations!
"TJ and I were able to successfully get this fundraiser transferred to his name and control. Thanks so much to everyone that has contributed," Williams wrote in the latest update.

Meanwhile, another fundraiser for Sabula, created by organizer Diandra Gourlay, who is a longtime personal friend of the Sabula family, has raised nearly $330,000. Together, the two campaigns have crossed $800,000 within 24 hours and continue to gain momentum.
