In the lawsuit, Rana has accused Hajdini of a pattern of misconduct that allegedly began in spring 2024, shortly after they started working together at JPMorgan. The complaint describes repeated instances of unwanted advances, including physical contact in the workplace that the plaintiff says made him uncomfortable.
According to the filing, as reported by the outlet, the situation escalated over time, with Rana alleging that 37-year-old Hajdini invited him to meet outside of work and reacted aggressively when he declined. He further claims she used threatening language tied to her senior position, creating fear about his career prospects. The lawsuit also accuses her of making sexually explicit propositions and inappropriate racial remarks. She’s accused of saying, "Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy".
In more serious allegations, Rana claims that Hajdini admitted to drugging him on multiple occasions and subjected him to non-consensual acts. He also alleges she appeared uninvited at his residence and behaved in an inappropriate and offensive manner toward him and his family.
In one alleged incident, she is said to have made the remark: "I f---king own you! I will make you pay… Do you think you’re going to be in good standing if you do not have me in your corner. If you don’t f--k my brains out tonight, I’m going to sabotage your promotion."
WHO IS LORNA HAJDINI?
According to her LinkedIn profile, which now seems deactivated, Lorna Hajdini graduated from the New York University Stern School of Business before joining JPMorgan in 2011. She later enhanced her credentials by completing a Private Equity and Venture Capital program at Harvard Business School Executive Education.
Over the years, she steadily climbed the corporate ladder, starting as an analyst and rising to vice president in the Leveraged Finance division by 2018. In 2021, she was promoted to executive director, a position she continues to hold.
Outside her professional role, she reportedly holds a Level 2 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, reflecting her enthusiasm for wine studies.
