American influencer and boxer Logan Paul has responded after NFL legend Tom Brady slapped him during an onstage appearance at Fanatics Fest in New York City on Friday, July 17, adding another chapter to the growing Tom Brady–Logan Paul rivalry.

The moment unfolded in front of a live audience as the NFL legend and the WWE star traded verbal jabs before Tom Brady slapped Logan Paul with an open hand. New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns quickly stepped in following the exchange.

Shortly after the incident, Logan Paul reacted on X, suggesting Brady lost his temper after being mocked over their flag football matchup.

Brady later responded on X with another playful jab at the WWE star, writing, "I tried America… will try again next time I see this nerd."


And later he termed the 31-year-old Puerto Rican a 'dork,' with a video if the incident.

Tom Brady and Logan Paul rivalry dates back to Fanatics events

The Tom Brady–Logan Paul feud has been brewing for months. The pair first clashed before playing against each other during the 2026 Fanatics Flag Football Classic in March. Their disagreement began at a February Fanatics event when Logan Paul told Brady he believed his WWE career made him as athletic as NFL players.

The rivalry continued during the draft for the Fanatics flag football event, where Brady mocked Paul for citing his high school football statistics. Brady later continued trolling Paul while they played on opposite teams during the tournament.

Logan Paul continues injury recovery

The latest confrontation comes while Logan Paul is recovering from a torn triceps injury suffered on May 23 during his WWE World Tag Team Championship defense alongside Austin Theory.

Speaking on ESPN's First Take on Friday, Paul showed his injured arm to the camera and said, "Does that look injured to you?"

He then added, "The WWE medical team needs to tune in and medically clear me, because I'm fine. I'm fine." Before clarifying his recovery timeline, Paul said, "I just need another three to four months."

Paul made his WWE debut in 2021 and has since become one of the company's biggest crossover stars. While he remains sidelined as he recovers from injury, the latest Tom Brady and Logan Paul exchange has only intensified one of the most unexpected rivalries between sports and entertainment.
