President Trump fiercely reacted to a reporter's questions about a gunman's manifesto, which allegedly targeted "administration officials." Confronted with excerpts referencing pedophilia and treason, Trump vehemently denied the accusations, call...

In an interview with Norah O'Donnell of 60 Minutes, the US president was confronted with excerpts from a manifesto allegedly written by 31-year-old Cole Tomas Allen, which he sent to his family moments before the shooting.
“The so-called manifesto is a stunning thing to read, Mr. President,” O’Donnell said. “He appears to reference a motive in it. He writes this quote, ‘Administration officials, they are targets.’” O’Donnell then went on to ask Trump about his reaction to Allen’s rationalization that he was “no longer willing to permit a pedophile, rapist, and traitor to coat my hands with his crimes.”
“I was waiting for you to read that because I knew you would, because you’re horrible people. Horrible people,” he replied. “Yeah, he did write that. I’m not a rapist. I didn’t rape anybody.” “Oh, do you think he was referring to you?” O’Donnell asked before Trump interrupted.
“You shouldn’t be reading that on 60 Minutes. You’re a disgrace. But go ahead. Let’s finish the interview,” he continued, adding, “You’re disgraceful.”
The brother of suspect Allen reported the manifesto that the 31-year-old allegedly sent minutes before approaching the Washington, D.C., dinner at around 8:35 p.m., as reported by the New York Post. The shooting incident prompted Trump and members of his administration to rush for cover.
