Other low-cost states include Texas ($3.646), Oklahoma ($3.665), South Carolina ($3.729), Louisiana ($3.741), and Mississippi ($3.768).
Several states are clustered near the national average, including Colorado ($4.175), West Virginia ($4.173), Michigan ($4.165), New Mexico ($4.064), and Ohio ($4.062), reflecting the broader national decline in fuel costs.
