GAS Prices Today April 11, 2026: Motorists across the United States are facing growing pressure at the pump as gasoline prices continue to climb, fueled by rising crude oil costs linked to the ongoing conflict in Iran. Since the start of spring on March 20, fuel prices have shown a steady upward trend, driven by both geopolitical uncertainty and the seasonal surge in demand that typically accompanies warmer months.

Gas prices continue to vary widely across the United States, with California and San Francisco reporting the highest weekly averages among the listed locations. Regular gasoline in both places is hovering near $5.80 per gallon, while premium fuel exceeds $6.20, reflecting the significantly higher fuel costs on the West Coast. By contrast, Texas remains the least expensive market in this comparison, with regular gas averaging under $3.80 per gallon, making it notably cheaper than the other states.

Florida and New York fall in the midrange, where regular gasoline prices are slightly above $4 per gallon and premium blends are nearing $4.90. The data highlights a clear regional divide in fuel costs, with western markets staying far above the national norm while southern states such as Texas continue to offer comparatively lower pump prices.
