eBay outage: What problems are users reporting?
Downdetector shows that the problems are spread across eBay’s services. Some users are reporting issues with the website, while others are facing trouble on the app.
Some users said they were able to access the platform but could not use the search function.
Multiple Reddit posts also suggest the issue is affecting adding items to cart, checking out, and search functionality.

Some users also claimed that they have gotten an "Access Denied" error on the webpage.
eBay System Status still shows no outage
As seen by Value Added Resource, the eBay System Status page still shows all green with no outages or disruptions.
This has left some users questioning why the issues are not being reflected on the official status page despite the growing number of complaints.
Cyberattack rumors remain unconfirmed
Cyberattack rumors also surfaced during the outage. Rumors of a possible cyberattack also surfaced, with unverified claims suggesting hacktivist group 313 Team may be behind a DDoS attack linked to the disruption. However, there is no official confirmation, and the claim could simply be opportunistic attribution during a temporary outage, seen commonly nowadays.
At this time, there is no timetable for when the issues will be resolved.
