D4vd’s friend Neo, who was arrested in alleged killing of teenage girl Celeste Rivas, says he is ‘legally fine’ and was not ‘charged,’ makes big claims in private Instagram stories; check here
Neo Langston, a friend of singer D4vd, has spoken out after his arrest. He states he is legally cleared and faced no charges. This comes amid an investigation into the death of Celeste Rivas-Hernandez. Her body was discovered in D4vd's car. Langst...

The case came to light in September 2025 when the long-dead body of Rivas was found in an apparently abandoned Tesla registered to D4vd, who is the target of a Los Angeles County grand jury investigation, that was towed from the Hollywood Hills, news agency AP reported, citing court documents.
The teenager’s decomposed body was found on September 8, 2025, a day after she would have turned 15. She was a 13-year-old seventh grader when her family reported her missing in 2024 from her hometown of Lake Elsinore, about 70 miles (112 kilometers) southeast of Los Angeles.
Neo reportedly appeared before the grand jury for only 40 minutes. According to TMZ, he did not offer much information, but he has said a lot and has made claims in his private Instagram stories. "Thankfully I'm legally fine in every way, AND BOI DO I GOT ALL MY RECEIPTS FOR THINGS HAHAHAHA," Neo said in his private Instagram posts shared with “close friends” on Friday (March 13, 2026).

D4vd, whose full name is David Anthony Burke, apparently took a mysterious, middle-of-the-night drive from L.A. to a remote area of Santa Barbara in the spring of 2025, months before the teenager’s body was discovered in the trunk of the singer’s Tesla near his L.A. home, TMZ reported, citing law enforcement sources.
