Country music star Lainey Wilson and her fiancé, Devlin Hodges, have officially tied the knot after five years together, and the couple chose an unusual wedding venue that perfectly reflected their love for nature and country living.

The 33-year-old Grammy-winning singer announced the wedding in a joint Instagram post with Vogue on Thursday, May 14 giving fans a glimpse into their intimate ceremony held on May 10 at The Ruskin Cave in Tennessee.

Later she posted in another joint instagram post with husband devlin hodges "we’re hitched!"

Rather than choosing a traditional ballroom or luxury estate, Wilson and Hodges exchanged vows at a cave venue surrounded by natural scenery, waterfalls, and countryside landscapes. According to Wilson, the idea came unexpectedly during one of their drives through Tennessee backroads.

“Duck and I were driving backroads in Tennessee and saw a billboard for The Ruskin Cave,” Wilson told Vogue. She recalled him asking, “‘You wanna get married there?’ I said, ‘Done deal.’ We dropped by, saw the venue, and fell in love with the natural beauty of the cave and the simplicity of the property.”

The ceremony was held outdoors with a waterfall flowing behind the altar while vintage glass windows and floral decorations completed the rustic setup. Wilson described the atmosphere as peaceful and emotional.

“You could hear the water trickling down and birds singing, and we had a nice spring breeze,” Wilson told the outlet. “I arrived in a white horse-drawn carriage and walked down the aisle with my Deddy to join Duck at the altar.”

She added, “I have never seen Duck smile as big as he did then. It made me feel giddy about turning the page into this next chapter of marriage. We were both anxious to say ‘I do!’”

Though Wilson is widely known for her signature cowboy hats and bell-bottom style, the singer chose an elegant white floral gown. One fan commented seeing her without a hat, “I’ll be honest I didn’t recognize her without a hat.” However, she still kept her country roots alive by wearing custom-made Golden West Boot. She later paired her reception look with a white cowboy hat, while Hodges also embraced the Western theme.
