As ‘The Boys’ heads into its final chapter, fans worldwide are preparing for the release of Season 5 Episode 7 and the Season 5 finale, Episode 8. As with earlier episodes in the season, the release follows a weekly rollout after a two-episode premiere on April 8, 2026. That pattern has seen Episodes 3-6 arrive in mid-April and early May, with Episode 7 serving as the penultimate chapter before the grand finale.

The highly anticipated finale: ‘The Boys’ episode 8

Following Episode 7, The Boys Season 5 will conclude with Episode 8 on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, again at midnight PT on Prime Video. The finale, titled “Blood and Bone,” is set to wrap up the series’ final season and deliver a conclusion to overarching arcs that have unfolded over five years and 59 episodes.

Prime Video is also planning special theatrical showings of the finale in select US and Canadian cinemas on May 19, a day before the streaming release. These screenings will feature 4DX effects, including motion seating, atmospheric wind, fog, lighting and other immersive elements designed to enhance the viewing experience for fans.
