The video obtained by TMZ also showed that one of her children, who was present during the fight, was also struck. In the 45-second clip, Dakota appears to struggle to capture the altercation on his phone as the 31-year-old influencer places him in a headlock. She briefly retreats, then rushes forward again and attempts to kick him.
A copy of the video obtained by TMZ was also used as evidence in the case. Things turned violent after Taylor grabbed a metal barstool and hurled it at Dakota. As she continued to throw chairs at him, Mortensen screamed at her, saying, "Your daughter is sitting right there." However, she persisted and threw two more stools at him. At that moment, her child, who was curled up on the couch, can be heard starting to cry.
What does the police report say?
During the fight, Taylor yelled, "You threw me" a few times, and she later claimed to police Dakota had thrown her to the ground prior to what's seen in the video, the news outlet reported. TMZ also confirmed that responding officers saw this video, and prosecutors used it in their case against Taylor.

Taylor’s representative breaks silence
"Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is, and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show and from their own experiences,” the representative added.
Following the release of the video, ABC cancelled the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette,” starring Taylor. Production on "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has been put on hold after several cast members refused to continue filming amid the ongoing drama surrounding Taylor.
Meanwhile, the influencer had been set to appear on "The Bachelorette," which was scheduled to premiere Sunday on ABC; however, the network pulled the plug earlier today, canceling the entire season.
