Taylor Frankie Paul-Dakota Mortensen Viral Video: A shocking video has surfaced showing Taylor Frankie Paul, social media influencer, Mormon Wives star, and the original founder of MomTok, repeatedly attacking her ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen during the 2023 incident in which she pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. MomTok is a viral TikTok community of Utah-based Mormon mothers.

The video obtained by TMZ also showed that one of her children, who was present during the fight, was also struck. In the 45-second clip, Dakota appears to struggle to capture the altercation on his phone as the 31-year-old influencer places him in a headlock. She briefly retreats, then rushes forward again and attempts to kick him.

A copy of the video obtained by TMZ was also used as evidence in the case. Things turned violent after Taylor grabbed a metal barstool and hurled it at Dakota. As she continued to throw chairs at him, Mortensen screamed at her, saying, "Your daughter is sitting right there." However, she persisted and threw two more stools at him. At that moment, her child, who was curled up on the couch, can be heard starting to cry.

What does the police report say?

According to the police report, the 5-year-old girl was hit and later had a "goose egg on her head," as quoted by TMZ. Responding officers arrived on the scene that night following a neighbor's call to complain about the noise.

During the fight, Taylor yelled, "You threw me" a few times, and she later claimed to police Dakota had thrown her to the ground prior to what's seen in the video, the news outlet reported. TMZ also confirmed that responding officers saw this video, and prosecutors used it in their case against Taylor.

Taylor pleaded guilty to the felony and was placed on three years' probation, which ends in August, 2026. According to TMZ, if the TikTok influencer stays out of trouble until then, the conviction will not appear on her record. As part of the agreement, prosecutors dropped four additional charges, including domestic violence in the presence of a child, child abuse, and criminal mischief.

Taylor’s representative breaks silence

A representative for Taylor lashed out at Dakota and told TMZ, "It’s sad to see the latest installment of his never-ending, desperate, attention-seeking, destructive campaign to harm Taylor without any regard for the consequences for their child. Releasing an old and selectively edited video on their son's birthday is a reprehensible attempt to distract from his own behavior."

"Thankfully, the public has seen this act before and knows who he is, and sadly, many will recognize this pattern of manipulation, both in his actions on the show and from their own experiences,” the representative added.

Following the release of the video, ABC cancelled the upcoming season of “The Bachelorette,” starring Taylor. Production on "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" has been put on hold after several cast members refused to continue filming amid the ongoing drama surrounding Taylor.

Meanwhile, the influencer had been set to appear on "The Bachelorette," which was scheduled to premiere Sunday on ABC; however, the network pulled the plug earlier today, canceling the entire season.
