Victoria, 34, was the daughter of Tommy, 79, and his ex-wife Kimberlea Cloughley, who also share a son, Austin Jones, 43. She was found unresponsive early on New Year’s Day (January 1, 2026, Thursday) at the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel, where she was pronounced dead.
In dispatch audio obtained by PEOPLE, the call for the incident was classified as a "code 3 for the overdose, color change."
What is ‘color change’ in overdose cases?
In cases of overdose, "color change" refers to cyanosis. It is a medical condition when your skin, lips, and/or nails turn a bluish tone. It occurs when your blood lacks the oxygen it needs to reach the different tissues in your body, according to Cleveland Clinic.
San Francisco Police and Fire Departments both responded to medical emergency
At the time when officials arrived, the deceased individual was unnamed. Police later claimed and confirmed that the woman found dead at the hotel was Victoria, NBC Bay Area reported, citing a police source.
No foul play was suspected in relation to her death, a police source told NBC Bay Area. The cause of death was not known at the time of filing of this report.
