Pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL standout Travis Kelce are reportedly preparing to tie the knot in a high-profile New York City ceremony, with save-the-date notices already sent to guests, according to Page Six website.

The wedding is said to be scheduled for July 3 in the New York City, marking a shift from earlier speculation that the couple would host their nuptials in Rhode Island, where Swift owns a sprawling seaside estate. Sources, according to the Page Six website, now suggest the pair opted for a larger, more accommodating venue in Manhattan to host what is expected to be a star-studded guest list.

The timing of the ceremony appears significant. Swift has long expressed a fondness for the Independence Day holiday period, and this year’s celebrations coincide with the 250th anniversary of the United States, adding symbolic weight to the date.


New York City holds deep personal and professional significance for Swift. The singer famously relocated to the city in 2014, acquiring multiple properties in the Tribeca neighborhood and immersing herself in its cultural life.

That same year, she released “Welcome to New York,” an anthem celebrating her adopted home, and later served as the city’s Global Welcome Ambassador.
