Fans have raised concerns about Ray J’s health following his latest public appearance, months after the singer was hospitalized for pneumonia and heart-related issues. The “One Wish” singer performed at An Intimate Valentine’s Day Concert in Shreveport, Louisiana, on Saturday, February 14, as per Complex. Videos from the event circulating on social media show several moments that left fans worried about his condition.

In the clips, the 45-year-old artist is seen wearing sunglasses, with what appeared to be a drop of blood running down his cheek. It remains unclear whether this was the result of an actual injury or something else. During the performance, Ray J also unzipped the top of his jumpsuit, revealing a medical dressing on the upper left side of his chest.

Some fans speculated that the dressing could be from a recent heart monitor or another cardiac-related device.

Ray J has been open about his health struggles in recent months. In an Instagram post following his hospitalization for severe pneumonia, the singer and actor revealed that his heart is “only beating like 25%.”

According to TMZ, doctors previously told the singer they were “not sure how long he has to live” due to his condition. He was reportedly advised to remain in bed and continue taking prescribed medications, including Lipitor, Jardiance, and Entresto, drugs commonly used for people at risk of heart failure. He was also warned that he might require a pacemaker or defibrillator, though further clarity was expected only after a follow-up appointment two weeks later.
