DTF St. Louis, the darkly comedic limited series from HBO created, written, and directed by Steven Conrad, has entered its final stretch with its Episode 6 now behind viewers. The seven-episode limited series was structured to tell a complete story in a single run, and only one chapter remains before the narrative reaches its planned conclusion next Sunday.

The sixth episode, titled “The Denny’s Plan,” aired on April 5, 2026, at 9 p.m. ET/PT and is available to stream on HBO Max.

Set in suburban Missouri, the series opens with the unexplained death of Floyd Smernitch at a community pool and unfolds through a layered police investigation that revisits the past from multiple angles. At the heart of the story is a complicated emotional triangle between Floyd, his wife Carol, and his longtime friend Clark, three middle-aged adults navigating dissatisfaction, secrecy, and impulsive decisions tied to a dating app.
