Dolly Martinez Cause of Death: Dolly Martinez, who appeared on "My 600-Lb. Life," has died, her sister Lindsey Cooper, announced on Facebook on Saturday (April 11, 2026). She was 30.

In the Facebook post, Lindsey remembered Dolly as someone with the "brightest personality" who could light up any room with her laughter and kindness. The TLC star's sister further stated that the family is heartbroken but finds comfort believing Dolly is reunited with their father. "Rest peacefully ... you will always be loved, always be missed, and never forgotten," she wrote.





The family had not revealed the cause of death at the time of filing this report. She was married to Philip before the couple later separated, according to IMDb. They share one child. She was raised by her single mother after her father left the family due to his drug addiction, the movie database website claimed.

Dolly was known for appearing on season 10 of "My 600-Lb. Life," where she spoke in detail about her struggles with food addiction and mental health. In the beginning of her episode, she weighed 593 pounds, relied on oxygen and needed assistance with daily tasks.

According to TMZ, she later relocated from Fort Worth to Houston to be closer to her doctor in hopes of qualifying for weight loss surgery. Although she lost around 40 pounds, she was not approved for the procedure during her time on the show.
