Key Financials
The company reported consolidated net sales of Rs 3006.38 crore for the quarter ended 31-Dec-2019, up 34.11 per cent from previous quarter's Rs 2241.76 crore and up 17.62 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 3649.44 crore.

The net profit for latest quarter stood at Rs 1394.4 crore, down 11.17 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.

As of 31-Mar-2020, DIIs held 3.53 per cent stake in the firm, while foreign institutional investors held 6.03 per cent and the promoters 69.65 per cent.
