The U.S.-based company in a statement said the funding will support its acquisition of Yondr Group's hyperscale campus in Johor's Sedenak Tech Park in Malaysia.
It said the site, which will deliver more than 300 megawatts of IT capacity, will bring Vantage Asia-Pacific's capacity to 1 gigawatt.
The investment underscores rising demand for digital infrastructure in the region, driven by artificial intelligence and cloud computing, it said.
Both GIC and ADIA are existing investors in Vantage Data Centers, which is backed by digital infrastructure investment firm DigitalBridge.
Founded in 2010, Vantage Data Centers operates hyperscale - or very large - data centre campuses across five continents, its website showed.
The investment and the Johor campus acquisition are set to close in the fourth quarter, Thursday's statement showed.
