The collaboration with Adamas University aims to build industry-ready graduates by integrating Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Agentforce 360 Platform, Tableau and Data 360, into the curriculum, it said in a release.
The initiative will offer students hands-on training, industry projects, hackathons and Salesforce certifications through Trailhead, while faculty members will undergo specialised training programmes, it said.
Separately, Salesforce said VHPL has adopted its Agentforce 360 Platform, integrated with the hospital's information management system, to create a connected digital platform for patient engagement.
The solution brings together patient and doctor information, outreach operations and AI-powered workflows to streamline enquiry management and improve patient experiences, the company said.
The platform also enables QR code-based community outreach campaigns.
Salesforce South Asia President and CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya said the collaborations reflect the company's commitment to strengthening India's AI talent ecosystem and supporting digital transformation in healthcare through AI, trusted data and connected platforms.
