OfBusiness apparel revenue triples to Rs 3,002 crore in FY26

B2B commerce platform OfBusiness has recorded a more than three-fold jump in its apparel business to Rs 3,002 crore in the 2026 financial year compared to the 2024 fiscal, the company said on Tuesday.

"OfBusiness, which is preparing to file for an initial public offering, has seen its apparel business emerge as its fastest-growing vertical, with revenue rising to Rs 3,002 crore in FY'26 from Rs 843 crore in FY'24," the company said.

The company supplies seven of the world's top 10 apparel retailers, including Uniqlo, Adidas, Skechers, Michael Kors and Doen. OfBusiness operates across commerce, financing and revenue generation for SMEs.


"Apparel has demonstrated how our model scales when we combine manufacturing capability with deep customer relationships and global market access. Over the last two years, we have built a strong operating footprint across South India while expanding exports to more than 70 countries," OfBusiness Co-founder Vasant Sridhar said.

The company said that the share of the apparel vertical has grown to 15.7% from 4.6% over the same period in its Rs 19,174 crore commerce business.

"Apparel now sits alongside metals, chemicals and food processing as one of OfBusiness' four core verticals, but its growth trajectory over the past two years outpaces the other three. The scale-up has been driven by expansion across South India, spanning Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka," the statement said.

Ofbusiness combines sourcing with owned manufacturing capacity, anchored by Bengaluru-based Indian Design, which OfBusiness acquired last year.

"The expansion has pushed OfBusiness' overall employee count past 30,000, double from the previous year, with the apparel manufacturing build-out across South India, Delhi NCR region and Bangladesh," the statement said.
