Microsoft Teams users fail to log in due to glitch in toolbar

New Delhi: Several users took to Twitter on Tuesday to complain about a glitch that didn't let them log in to Microsoft Teams.

"We’re investigating an issue preventing users from seeing the Microsoft Teams toolbar during calls," the company said in a Twitter post. "We've identified a recent change (that) was causing the toolbar to be inaccessible. We reverted the change and we recommend all users sign out and sign back into their clients to resolve the issue.”



The issue has been resolved, the company went on to say in a series of tweets. It asked users to “sign out, restart your client and sign back in”.
