The Mumbai-based company, which has filed draft papers for a BSE SME IPO, plans to use the fresh issue proceeds to strengthen its AI/ML technology stack. Klassroom said demand for AI-focused courses has surged over the past year and expects its AI programmes to become one of its fastest-growing offerings.
The Fusion Klassroom Edutech IPO is a Rs 39.04 crore issue priced at Rs 151 to Rs 159 per share, which shall open for bidding from July 31 to August 4, 2026.
Klassroom will setup three AI Innovation hubs in Mumbai, Pune and Jaipur. It plans to invest about Rs 1.95 crore in laboratory equipment and around Rs 6.7 crore to upgrade its proprietary OTT learning platform.
Founded in 2016 by Alka Javeri and her sons Dhruv and Dhumil Javeri, Klassroom follows a hybrid model combining offline learning centres with a digital education platform. The company said it has over 600,000 registered learners including more than 250,000 paid subscribers.
