Kaynes Technology CEO Rajesh Sharma resigns; Muthukumar N to take over: Sources

Muthukumar has spent over 16 years with Meritor Heavy Vehicle Systems India Ltd, most recently serving as president and COO/ED, and also as president & COO of Automotive Axle Limited and Meritor/AAL India.

Rajesh Sharma, the chief executive officer of Kaynes Technology India Limited, resigned from his position with effect from September 18.

In a letter addressed to Kaynes Technology’s chairperson, Sudha Ramesh, and managing director Ramesh Kunhikannan, submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Sharma said he had spent nearly four years with the company.

Sources said N Muthukumar is expected to be appointed the new CEO. He declined to respond to queries from ET. MD Kunhikannan could not be reached immediately for a comment.
