Google agrees to buy cybersecurity startup Wiz for $32 billion
Google's parent company, Alphabet, has agreed to acquire cybersecurity startup Wiz for at least $32 billion, according to a report by the Financial Times on Tuesday, citing sources close to the deal.

The deal will be announced on Tuesday morning, the report added.
Wiz had called off a $23-billion deal with Alphabet last year to focus on its initial public offering.
The startup provides cloud-based cybersecurity solutions powered by artificial intelligence that help companies identify and remove critical risks on cloud platforms.
