District in China's Guangzhou, South Korea's STI sign $1.79 billion investment deal
Under the deal, STI will build a power semiconductor factory in Baiyun District, Guangzhou. The first phase will invest about 1.6 billion yuan to make AMB ceramic substrates, a material widely used in industries such as electric vehicles.
