The operating revenue of Curefoods, which recently paused its IPO plans, grew 23% YoY to Rs 916 crore in FY26, up from Rs 746 crore in FY25, according to its consolidated financial statements sourced from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). Its net loss increased 13% on-year to Rs 192 crore in FY26 from Rs 170 crore in FY25.
Its expenses rose 19.4% YoY to Rs 1,127 crore in FY26 from Rs 944 crore a year ago, driven by material costs, employee benefits costs, and depreciation and amortisation expenses.
On June 8, ET reported that Curefoods had paused its Rs 800 crore IPO plans months after receiving approval from Sebi (Securities and Exchange Board of India).
Curefoods operates brands such as EatFit, Nomad Pizza, Sharief Bhai Biryani, CakeZone, Frozen Bottle, and Krispy Kreme. It runs over 500 kitchens across 70 cities. It acquired pan-India rights for Krispy Kreme last year, marking a push beyond its cloud kitchen business into offline food services.
Rebel Foods’ operating revenue rose 20.7% YoY to Rs 1,952 crore in FY26 from Rs 1,617 crore in FY25, per the company’s filings with the RoC. Its net loss narrowed 16% YoY to Rs 282 crore in FY26 from Rs 337 crore a year earlier.
Its total expenses increased 14% to Rs 2,266 crore from Rs 1,987 crore in the previous fiscal, driven by material costs, employee benefit expenses, and depreciation and amortisation costs.
Rebel Foods operates brands like Faasos, Behrouz Biryani, Oven Story, Sweet Truth among over 20 others across 10 countries.
