CoreWeave, Nvidia sign new $6.3 billion deal for cloud computing capacity

CoreWeave and Nvidia unveiled a $6.3 billion agreement ensuring Nvidia will buy any unused cloud capacity from CoreWeave through April 2032. The long-term deal secures demand for CoreWeave’s infrastructure while reinforcing Nvidia’s cloud strategy.

CoreWeave and Nvidia said on Monday they have reached a new agreement with an initial value of $6.3 billion, which guarantees that Nvidia will purchase any residual cloud capacity that Coreweave does not sell to its own customers.

Under the terms of the agreement, Nvidia is obligated to purchase the unsold capacity through April 13, 2032.
