User issues with X appear to have resolved

Users reported issues with websites and apps, including X, early Monday, according to the online outage tracker DownDetector, but most problems appeared to have resolved by midmorning.

It was not immediately clear on Monday morning what caused the disruption for X. Reports of problems began shortly after 8 a.m. Eastern, according to DownDetector, and appeared to be mostly resolved by 10 a.m.

Earlier in the morning, Cloudflare, a tech company that provides a wide range of services for apps and websites, said it was experiencing a minor issue but that it did not appear to be affecting its services for clients. A spokesperson for the company said there had been no outages Monday and that the issues were unrelated.
