Cloud platform OneTrust valued at $4.5 billion after latest funding of $150 million

Cloud platform OneTrust said on Monday it had raised $150 million in a funding round led by Generation Investment Management, valuing the software company at $4.5 billion.

The Atlanta-based company said the round also saw participation from existing investor Sands Capital, bringing the total funds raised so far to over $1 billion.

OneTrust, with its trust intelligence cloud platform, helps companies manage privacy, security and governance requirements in a constantly changing regulatory environment.
