China's Vice Commerce Minister ⁠Li Chenggang and Apple's Chief Operating Officer ‌Sabih ‌Khan discussed the ‌U.S. firm's business operations in China in a meeting on Friday, a commerce ministry ‌statement ‍said on ‍Monday.

In the meeting, Li said ‌China will provide greater opportunities to foreign companies, including Apple, and ‍he hoped Apple would continue ‍to ⁠work ⁠with Chinese partners and develop the Chinese market, according to the statement.
