Bharat BillPay onboards SBI Card to simplify bill payments

Bharat BillPay, a subsidiary of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) onboarded SBI Card, to simplify and manage the way credit card bills are paid.

All SBI cards customers will be able to pay and manage their credit card bill payments across all Bharat BillPay supported payment channels like online via banks, payment apps or even via any Bharat BillPay physical outlets.

“At SBI Card, we are committed to making life simple for our customers. This integration is one such effort in this direction as we deliver them greater convenience and flexibility, leading to a seamless experience”, said Abhijit Chakravorty, MD & CEO, SBI Card.


SBI Card has a customer base of around 1.68 crore who will experience the simplified way of paying their credit card bill.

The other major credit card issuers under this category are Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bank Of Baroda Financial, Federal Bank, AU Small Finance Bank, IndusInd Bank and Canara Bank.
