Apple will host a first-ever multicity product launch on March 4, marking a departure from its traditional large-scale showcases in Cupertino. The events will be held across New York, London and Shanghai simultaneously, signalling a broader global push for its upcoming hardware lineup.

While the company has not disclosed what it plans to unveil, multiple device refreshes are expected in the coming weeks. These could include updated MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models, refreshed iPads and the new iPhone 17e, according to a Bloomberg report.

Among the key announcements could be a lower-cost MacBook priced under $1,000. The device is expected to run on an iPhone chip instead of Apple’s M-series processor. Despite its lower price point and slightly smaller display, the aluminium-bodied laptop is likely to retain Apple’s premium build quality and come in a range of vibrant colours, targeting students and enterprise users.

Updates to the Mac Studio are also anticipated, while iMac and Mac mini refreshes are planned for 2026. A new OLED iPad mini is also said to be in development.
