Amazon India to roll Fresh and Pantry into one
Services will be integrated in Bengaluru, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mysore in next two weeks, and in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata soon.

The company on Friday announced that it will integrate its Pantry service into Fresh in the Indian cities where Fresh currently operates. It said the integration will happen in Bengaluru, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Mysore over the next two weeks, and in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata soon.
“We are excited to integrate these services into a single online grocery store, thus allowing customers to enjoy unmatched convenience and value,” said Siddharth Nambiar, director of category management at Amazon India.
The company added that its Pantry service will continue to operate as usual in the 290 cities where it is present. For regions where the two services have been integrated, customers will continue to have the option of choosing two-hour delivery or delivery slots between 6 am and midnight.
Amazon also said there will be no minimum order value for customers shopping at its integrated Fresh store. For its two-hour express delivery service, orders of Rs 600 and above will qualify for free delivery while those under Rs 600 will have a Rs 29 delivery charge.
