AWS Marketplace offers a list of software services such as security, data and analytics tools that run on the cloud platform from third party companies such as Crowdstrike, Cisco, Salesforce, Deloitte, Freshworks and now Sarvam.
According to a press statement, AWS has over 30,000 listings across over 70 software categories listed on its Marketplace. This is now expanding to India, where customers can transact in the local currency.
Ruba Borno, VP, Global Specialists & Partners, AWS said as enterprises accelerate their AI adoption, AWS Marketplace in India eliminates traditional procurement friction by enabling local currency transactions, simplified tax compliance, and streamlined procurement workflows – giving Indian customers faster access to cutting-edge technologies.
