32% of firms see technical hurdles in data law implementation: EY report

Around 32% organisations foresee technical implementation challenges with respect to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and 50% are yet to acquire relevant skills but are open to outsourcing data privacy tasks, revealed EY in its recent survey ‘The India Data Protection Readiness Report’.
