Skootr to offer leasing solutions to corporates

Managed office space provider Skootr will offer fit outs and leasing solutions to large and mid-sized corporates under a separate vertical called Skootr FinSave.

Skootr Finsave will offer fitout as a service that will allow end users to have premium fitout without owning them, get tax arbitrage that will help in significant improvement of the financial ratios.

“Managed Office space sector is poised for a healthy growth and with introduction of Skootr Finsave, we are aiming to redefine the office leasing ecosystem through complete asset life cycle solutions services,” said Rajat Johar, Country Head, Skootr.


Skootr FinSave will also offer services to corporates who are not Skootr’s client and will expand or cities where Skootr is not present. Company intended to do business of Rs 200-250 crore under this vertical in the financial year.
