IppoPay Technologies appoints Raghu Venkat as chief product officer

Verticalised payments infrastructure company IppoPay Technologies has brought on board Raghu Venkat as the chief product officer.

Venkat brings with him an experience of over two decades of building testable, usable, and scalable products. In his previous startup Actyv.ai, he oversaw engineering, product, and data science as cofounder and chief technology officer.

At Evive, a software analytics firm, he built the product and engineering team from the ground for the healthcare product, achieving over $40+ million in funding.


IppoPay offers full-stack payments solutions to businesses operating in verticals with a large TAM (total addressable market) such as MSME, agritech, and education. The company has been strengthening its leadership team.

IppoPay has over 200,000 MSME merchants in Tamil Nadu and is backed by marquee investors such as Coinbase Ventures, Better Capital, and Blume Founders Fund.

The company recently acquired the business of Tutelar, a full-stack AI-enabled risk management solutions business.
