Coworking firm Incuspaze has appointed Sanjay Chatrath as Managing Partner to look after India business.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate brokerage (Commercial, Residential, Retail, Land, Industrial / Warehousing & Capital Markets), Sanjay will be responsible for India operation and overhead company’s expansion plan in the country.
Sanjay is a veteran in the real estate industry and has serviced clients across FMCG, BFSI, Government Organizations, Consulting Firms, IT/ITES, Telecom, Power/Energy and other sectors.
In his previous role, Sanjay was the Managing Director (North India Business) with Colliers International and use to oversee the entire operations in North India.
