Fractional real estate ownership platform hBits ties up with RE/MAX

Fractional real estate ownership platform hBits, has tied up with RE/MAX India to allow global investors of US-based real estate firm RE/MAX to invest in commercial real-estate projects in India.

According to hBits, global investors and NRIs are looking for new investment opportunities and the partnership will focus on marquee commercial properties for focused wealth investment advisory and fundraising.

“Global companies are looking at India as an upcoming investment destination, with 65% of Indian population below 35 years of age. It offers a humongous opportunity for them to grow their investments. They are not only investing in any particular sector but are looking at opportunities where they can earn better returns,” said Shiv Parekh, Co-Founder, hBits.


“Commercial real-estate offers a steady appreciation and returns better than fixed deposits to smaller global investors through FA. There are many marquee and unexplored properties in various cities across India which can provide the opportunity to global investors.
