Harappa, an online institution for behavioural skilling, has announced the hiring of Sukhdeep Bhogal as its chief product officer and Vipul Rathore as its chief content officer, said a statement issued today.

This is in line with the company’s plans to double down on its B2C bets and strengthen its B2B presence across the distinct learning experiences and formats its learner base needs.

In his new role, Bhogal will be leading and scaling Harappa’s product and digital experiences, contributing to business goals as part of key leadership. He brings over 19 years of experience in scaling digital businesses. Prior to this, he was VP - digital and business head at Cox & Kings.

“I share Harappa’s vision of building a digital-first institution that delivers innovative learning experiences, and look forward to leveraging technology to enhance access, ease of consumption for learning content and innovating the learning and product journeys,” said Bhogal.

As chief content officer, Rathore will be leading the firm’s curriculum. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in online learning, across companies such as Genpact, Accenture, and KPMG.

“I look forward to scaling our efforts with the trademark Harappa obsession to understand, engage and motivate our learners, and guarantee them learning they can demonstrate every day,” said Rathore.
