Codleo Consulting to offer ESOPs to high performing employees

The company also plans to give one month's salary as a bonus to all its employees at the end of this financial year. High performing employees can get up to two months' salary as a bonus.

New Delhi-based IT solutions startup Codleo Consulting today said that it will offer employee stock options (ESOPs) to high performing employees in FY 2021-22.

The ESOPs are available to all full time and permanent employees and will cover more than 25% of all employees at first, and possibly more later. The criteria for it includes performance and tenure, among other factors.

It covers all levels of people, including senior management, system architects, developers and customer support executives.


The company also plans to give one month's salary as a bonus to all its employees at the end of this financial year. High performing employees can get up to two months' salary as a bonus.

We expect that the ESOP offer will provide a sense of pride & ownership among its employees, higher satisfaction, and even lower attrition levels. With an aim to carry forward our employee-centric approach ahead, we thought of implementing the ESOP scheme. We hope we eventually grow our bond with our employees and our team keeps on expanding just like a happy family. ”
