Co-living startup Covie adds 500 beds in Bengaluru and Pune

Covie has invested in multiple levels of security measures starting from an app-based access control system to IOT enabled digital locks.

Covie, a co-living startup has added 500-bed across three new properties – two in Bengaluru and one in Pune.

The Covie properties offer accommodations in different configurations like single and double occupancy rooms, studio rooms and 1 and 2 BHK units to suit various requirements.

Our three new properties in Bengaluru and Pune, together have about 500 beds. We plan to launch new properties in the coming few months in cities like Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Dehradun in keeping with the demand in the sector,” said Abhishek Kumar, co-founder, COVIE.

The Yelahanka location is designated as student living for men only, while the Bannerghatta and Viman Nagar locations are co-living spaces designed for men, women and couples.

We have strategically outlined an ecosystem to provide maximum convenience, comfort and care to our residents,” said Swapnali Bhosale Kadam, Co-Founder, COVIE.

In the next year, the company plans to expand to newer markets like Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Dehradun and touch a capacity of 10,000 beds.
