The Supreme Court is set to hear appeals filed by several startups, challenging Google’s billing policy for applications on its platform.

The petitioners, including Matrimony.com, Arha Media and Broadcasting and Mebigo Labs, have challenged Google’s billing policy, alleging that Google abused its dominant market position by charging excessively high fees.

The matter was adjourned to next week as the senior counsel appearing in the case was unavailable.
