More than 95% of Scaler's workforce is currently working from home.
“At Scaler, we strongly believe in the holistic wellbeing of our employees and are committed to ensuring work-life balance through employee-friendly practices," Abhimanyu Saxena, co-founder of Scaler and InterviewBit, said on Monday. "The Covid-19 virus is here to stay, and getting vaccinated is one way for us to continue living our lives with some sense of normality. We are, therefore, working actively towards ensuring our employees and their immediate families are safe, healthy and happy.”
Scaler is backed by global investors like Sequoia Capital and Tiger Global. So far, more than 3,500 learners have joined Scaler's educational programs.
